At Arthik.money, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Arthik web application and related services.
The short version: Arthik sees exactly what you choose to give it — your Google sign-in details and the bank statements you upload. It does not read SMS, does not access your location or contacts, and does not connect to your bank.
What We Collect
Account information
- When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
- We do not receive or store your Google password.
Uploaded statements
- The bank statement files you choose to upload.
- Transaction details extracted from them (amounts, merchant names, dates, categories).
What we never collect:
- SMS messages of any kind — the product has no SMS access.
- Your location, contacts, or anything else on your device.
- Bank credentials — there is no bank login or account linking.
Data retention:
- Extracted transaction data is retained while your account is active.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time.
- On account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited, features used). This is standard, aggregated usage analytics:
- IP anonymization is enabled.
- No advertising cookies are set and no data is used for ad personalization.
- Your financial data is never sent to analytics.

We do not sell your data — not to banks, advertisers, or credit bureaus. We do not use your financial data for advertising.
